These terms and conditions, together with our privacy policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and us in relation to your use of our website, and supersede all previous agreements in respect of your use of this website.

The limitations and exclusions of liability set out in this Section and elsewhere in these terms and conditions: (a) are subject to the preceding paragraph; and (b) govern all liabilities arising under the terms and conditions or in relation to the subject matter of the terms and conditions, including liabilities arising in contract, in tort (including negligence) and for breach of statutory duty.

Product Images & Content

Henrietta’s House makes every effort to ensure that the images we supply are as accurate as possible. We are aware that different screen resolutions, browsers and computer types may vary the colours depicted. We use the latest images & content available to us supplied by the manufacturers, however they reserve the right to amend products without notice.

As detailed in the general overview points the contract is only formed upon dispatch of your order and therefore any typographical, clerical or other error or omission in any literature, website based information, prices, acceptance of offer, invoice or other document or information issued by Henrietta’s House shall be subject to correction without liability on our part. Should such an event occur we will contact you before dispatch.

We do not warrant the completeness or accuracy of the information published on this website; nor do we commit to ensuring that the website remains available or that the material on the website is kept up-to-date.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law we exclude all representations, warranties and conditions relating to this website and the use of this website (including, without limitation, any warranties implied by law of satisfactory quality, fitness for purpose and/or the use of reasonable care and skill).

Access to certain areas of our website is restricted.  We reserve the right to restrict access to other areas of our website, or indeed our whole website, at our discretion.

If we provide you with a user ID and password to enable you to access restricted areas of our website or other content or services, you must ensure that that user ID and password is kept confidential. 

We may disable your user ID and password in our sole discretion without notice or explanation.

Pricing

All prices are correct at time of publication. Henrietta’s House reserve the right to change, alter or amend any price at any time without notice. Should a product price decrease since an original purchase, contractually we are not obligated to refund the difference. Similary, should an increase occur prior to purchase, we are not obligated to sell at the previous lower price.

VAT & BFPO Orders

Henrietta’s House charges VAT at the prevailing rate (currently 20%) on all applicable purchases including orders made to be sent via BFPO. Please find a list below of the example products that are either liable or exempt of VAT

Methods Of Payment

We accept payment via credit or debit card, paypal for on-line orders, if you wish to pay in cash then please visit us at our Store in Tetbury.

Pre-dispatch cancellation

If you decide to cancel your order, and providing your order has not been dispatched, you are entitled to a full refund with no charges. As we aim to dispatch all orders on the day of purchase please call us on 01666 213100 if however the order has been dispatched you will then have to follow our returns procedure which can be found here; Return Policy
